Meaningful connection is the foundation for growth and self-discovery. As a social work student and mental health advocate, I am devoted to supporting the emotional, interpersonal, and individual development of children, adolescents, adults, and couples. A comfortable and affirming space is at the forefront of my practice and I use a holistic approach to personalize our work together.
With previous experience in the public health sector, school system, and non-profit organizations, my passion is fueled by a desire to dismantle societal barriers to accessing services and empowerment for all. I recognize the importance of wellbeing, especially while navigating life’s challenges, and value this interconnectedness in my practice. Additionally, I have particular interest in the field of sexual health and working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating new experiences. I would love to be a part of your journey.
