For the past 10 years I have worked primarily as a social worker with individuals and young families as they tackle big life challenges and changes, including the adaptation into parenthood, postpartum and identity, grief and loss, relationship issues, immigration issues, anxiety, and addiction.
Change and growth take place when a person has risked himself and dares to become involved with experimenting with his own life. — Herbert Otto –
I believe that with life’s hurdles comes the opportunity to get curious and grow. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to dig into what you are struggling with and build the life you want to lead and the version of you you want to be. Focusing on your strengths and using a non-judgemental approach, I will help you better understand yourself, find your inner resources and make the changes needed to live a more fulfilled, happy life.
I am deeply passionate about helping people become active creators of their lives and ensuing they feel energized and empowered along the way.
Together we will ask questions, explore and find solutions that work for you and the life you want!
