Using a strength-based perspective and cognitive approaches, I hope to help you gain a better understanding of your unique experiences.
Together, we can establish goals and develop coping strategies to get you to where you want to be. Over the past 10 years, I have been working with teenagers, adults and seniors in both the public and community sectors.
I offer supportive counseling to individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, work related issues, health concerns, grief and loss.
