FAQ

Referrals are not required for an appointment with our professionals.
Sessions are based on a therapeutic hour and as such will last 50 minutes.
Our policy requires advanced notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed the full session fee.
If you are going to be late for session, it is your responsibility to let your counsellor/mediator know as soon as possible. Your counsellor has a legal obligation to wait 15 minutes for your arrival before considering the session a no-show and billing accordingly. Even if you advise your counsellor/mediator about being late, sessions will not be extended.
We do not bill insurance companies directly. It is the responsibility of the client to sumbit the provided receipt to their insurance company for reimbursement.
In the event where there is an outstanding balance on your account, clinicians reserves the right not to offer further sessions until all balances have been paid.
We ask that you do not come to the clinic with active symptoms of illness. We would be more than happy to provide services virtually. Should you present yourself to your session with active symptoms, it is up to the clinician’s discretion to proceed with the session or request that you wear a mask.
