Que ce soit en raison d\u2019une maladie, d\u2019une d\u00e9ficience ou d\u2019un d\u00e9clin d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, une personne majeure peut perdre son aptitude \u00e0 prendre soin d\u2019elle-m\u00eame ou \u00e0 administrer ses biens.<\/p>\n

Qu'est-ce qu'une \u00e9valuation psychosociale de l'adulte inapte ?<\/strong>
\nL'\u00e9valuation psychosociale est un document l\u00e9gal qui est r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par un travailleur social, soit dans le r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9, soit en pratique priv\u00e9e. Dans le cadre de l'homologation d'un mandat, l'\u00e9valuation a pour but de mesurer l'autonomie et\/ou l'incapacit\u00e9 d'une personne et de formuler des recommandations quant \u00e0 son besoin de protection. La personne et sa situation sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es dans leur ensemble, en tenant compte de dimensions telles que l'\u00e9tat actuel d'inaptitude, les r\u00e9seaux familiaux et sociaux, les r\u00f4les sociaux, l'autonomie fonctionnelle, l'autonomie d\u00e9cisionnelle et la situation financi\u00e8re. En outre, l'opinion de la personne incapable sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e (si possible), ainsi que l'opinion de ses proches. Le travailleur social r\u00e9dige l'\u00e9valuation et fait des recommandations au tribunal dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat du client, sur la base des informations obtenues lors des entretiens.<\/p>\n

  • Service Contract:<\/strong> You will be given a service contract that will stipulate the requested services and well as the service costs.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluation session:<\/strong> S\u00e9ance d'\u00e9valuation : L'\u00e9valuation du client est effectu\u00e9e dans son environnement personnel afin de d\u00e9terminer son autonomie et son besoin de protection. Afin de recueillir toutes les informations pertinentes, le client, ses proches et, si n\u00e9cessaire, son \u00e9quipe de traitement seront consult\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
