Life can be full of obstacles and difficulties happen whether we like it or not. Change is inevitable and often times we feel like we have no control. Sounds pretty grim I know, but in spite of all of this there is an opportunity for growth, happiness and fulfillment.

I have 12 years experience as a professional social worker which includes working in a hospital and community setting of the health and social service network. I work with individuals, families and children all going through life struggles, and that can be anything from trauma, illnesses, disabilities, mental health issues, parenting difficulties and life transitions.<\/p>\n
