In-person and virtual sessions are available. I also provide psychosocial assessments in view of homologating a mandate of protection or establishing protective measures (tutorship) for incapacitated adults. My professional background includes substantial clinical experience in counselling a diverse clientele (teens and adults) in the health and social work sector, in addition to family mediation, crisis and group intervention in a mental health setting.<\/p>\n<p>My expertise encompasses helping clients struggling with several psychiatric diagnosis (burn out, anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, fibromyalgia, ADHD), life transitions (grief, separation\/divorce, immigration, employment loss, school adaptation), marital and family conflict, behavioural difficulties (anger management, impulsivity) and substance related concerns.<\/p>\n<p>My practice is attachment and trauma informed and steam from several evidence-based approaches: humanistic, narrative, systemic and cognitive behavioural therapy.
